5K RUN/WALK (processing fees not included in below pricing)
June 3- August 31- $35, race shirt and swag bag guaranteed until August 19.
September 1- 22- $40
September 23 until 11:30am- $45. We recommend pre-registering to guarantee a spot in this year’s event. Race-day registrations may not be available.
Location: Pineway Ponds Park, Spencerport NY. Our course is certified to be accurate by USATF #NY15107KL. The 5K Race is primarily roads, crossing 2 bridges, beginning and ending at Pineway Ponds Park.
We are not able to guarantee shirt sizes or availability after August 19. No refunds or transfers.
A portion of this year’s proceeds benefit the Willie Bee Foundation. The Willie Bee Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charitable organization founded in August of 2017 to benefit local families who have a child facing a life threatening illness. Register prior to August 19 to be receive a gift bag! Due to supply shortages, we are not able to guarantee shirt sizes or availability of giveaways.
AWARDS
Prize categories to be announced. There will be no formal awards ceremony. Winners in our age categories will be announced/presented with awards throughout the event. If you are not present when your award is ready, you will be contacted to pick up your prize.
PACKET PICK-UP
Packet pick-up will take place at the Ogden Community Center, 269 Ogden Center Road, the week of the event. We strongly recommend you pick up your bib during one of the times listed below:
Monday, September 23, 1:30-3:30pm
Tuesday, September 24, 8:30am-3:30pm
Wednesday, September 25, 8:30am-3:30pm
Thursday, September 26, 8:30am-3:30pm
Friday, September 27, 8:30am-11:00am
Race-day packet pickup begins at 7:45am and ends by 8:15am. Packet pickup will take place at Pineway Ponds Park.
HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES
The finish line will close at 9:40am; all participants must finish within 70 minutes of the start due to safety and support services. Please keep this in mind for pacing purposes. Some roads might close for this event. Roads may open prior to the last participant finishing.
Based upon current local and/or state health mandates, extra precautions may be made to ensure the safety of our staff, participants, and community. Guidelines, if necessary will be released prior to the in-person event.
By registering for this event, you are acknowledging that the date, time, location and distance of the race may be changed, switched to virtual, or cancelled at any time as deemed necessary. In this event, there will be no refunds, transfers, or deferrals unless otherwise stated.
Kid's Fun Run
Non-5k participants, ages 10 years and under may join us for this short fun run. The Kids' Run will take place in-between runners. Please listen for the announcement during the event
